Kery Canto was born and raised in Mérida Yucatán in a warm and fun family, most of the time being at his grandparents' house, with her mother, her 2 sisters and cousins (typical in a Mexican family).
She started as a babysitter at age 17 until at the age of 19 she was offered an opportunity to go to Toronto Canada as a nanny for two beautiful little girls.
